Lemony Tea with Chamomile and Ginger
Ingredients
1 small Meyer lemon, sliced
2-3 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
1 1/2" ginger, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons honey, more to taste if needed
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a heatproof bowl.
2. Add 1 quart hot water, then allow to steep.
3. Strain and serve. (Provides four generous cups.)
Notes
If you don't have chamomile flowers, two teabags will do.
