As for barbecuing, she's not sure. The tenderloin might be a good option for barbecuing, but a braise with the shoulder might be the way to go.

I hope you are well. :)christianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09650456794111980661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1519978934002131096.post-57279776406199999342011-04-20T18:10:43.927-07:002011-04-20T18:10:43.927-07:00Would you happen to have a tried and true barbeque...Would you happen to have a tried and true barbequed goat recipe? Then earlier today, I made homemade tomato sauce. I've got cheeses in the fridge. Toss 'em together and it's a party in a pan.

Hope you're eating well and I look forward to your next post. The Happy Whiskhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13438469476168485775noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1519978934002131096.post-63618688087775411182011-01-25T18:38:04.725-08:002011-01-25T18:38:04.725-08:00Hi JJ,

Now I want to take the leftover and grind them into bread crumbs.
